At AmsFit, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you through our simple and transparent return process.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unwashed

Be in its original condition and packaging

Include a proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used activewear or undergarments.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance products

Gift cards

Opened or worn items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
4. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2–4 business days with next steps
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, AmsFit will cover all return shipping fees
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to order a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
